They ask but don't force you to do it

I have been to about 5 shops over the past number of weeks and whilst most tend to ask you to sign in using the NSW Service application, they don't go close to enforcing it. I know other places that are not massage or brothel related where they behave the same way, so I would not say that these shops are any different to other retail shops.
