Been a few times on weekdays. Not that busy, easy parking except during school pickups.
Girls are young, decent part one. Extras usually a uniform price but some girls will ask for tips on top.
Add Bella's wechat for roster, usually accurate.

Generally youngish girls all of whom are generally quite attractive. Service can be a mixed bag. Average age would probably be more in the 25-35 range though.
