I did a hotel search in Japan once and they were among the cheapest hotels to stay in. Didnt understand why until I googled what a love hotel was.

never been to Japan, but i heard when you go Japan, some WL will not serve non-Japanese lads? is that true? those love hotels are HOT

Yes in the brothels. They fear that foreigners will spread STIs to their girls or don't want their girls being exposed to larger penises.

Love hotels are pretty common in Argentina and Brazil too, where they're known as 'telo' and 'motel', respectively.
