i tried texting this wl on wechat but i got "message succesfully sent but rejected by receiver". so i wanna know what does this mean?

a) she blocked me
b) she deleted her wechat ac
c) something else

to be honest, nothing really happened. this just happened out of the blue.

anyway, she hasnt been working for quite a while, so i am assuming she is planning to move on from this line of work, and doesnt want to keep in touch with customers. or maybe i did something to inadvertently piss her off

Situation:
a) You would see this message that your message sent but rejected by receiver
b) Her profile pic would turn to be a question mark
c) If she removed you, you would see a message asking you to send her a friend request.
c-2) Or, if she did not turn on friend request, you message would actually get through

WL has the rights to tell reception if they don’t want to see a certain customer. (Abusive customer, ex boyfriend etc)
