Hottie on the street that you wish/suspect was a WL/ML

Especially for the guys who are in a relationship, wouldn't this be ideal? I've had a couple of situations that somehow tell me the girl might be a WL/ML but I have no idea how to find it out. Any ideas?
My 2 experiences were:

- On the street corner just outside Ginza. I was having a smoke waiting for my booking with the lovely Coco. Time was about 4:55pm. Near the corner was a hot girl waiting for her ride, holding on to a couple of big Gucci shopping bags. She had "ash grey" coloured straight long hair, extremely fair skin, very slim, large tattoo on her back and arms, about 160cm tall. Strikingly beautiful face. I was ogling without a care in the world, she saw me ogling and tried to check me out as well. When her ride came, she jumped in the backseat and then gave me the stare. Must be the vicinity to Ginza that made me think she was a WL finishing her shift. If only I had a method to ask her if she was a WL, I would book this girl for sure!

- In Darling Square area, I was waiting for my lunch order (absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my life) and having a smoke. An R8 drives up and drops off an absolute stunner. Asian girl, extremely fair skin, slim but not skinny, long dark brown/red hair done in the typical "Asian hottie" look, sharp chin with high cheekbones. Thing that made me think she might be a WL just coming off her outcall booking was, the R8 guy drives off, then after a while, she gets picked up by her ride which is a white El Grand 7-seater. I can't imagine why anyone would book a 7-seat Uber when she's the only passenger? And what's this drop off and then pick-up with another ride business? So it made me think that ride might be the shop driver sending the girl back after an outcall. Again, I am at a loss: How could I have approached the girl? She's definitely my type, I would book her without a doubt!

One time I was travelling to Singapore, waiting in line to pass immigration, there was this chinese girl ahead probably the hottest asian girl i've ever seen. tall, slim, very very pretty face.

She was with a friend (who was okay too). they were holding PRC passports. I had a sneaking suspicion they were one of those fly in fly out WLs that hang around the nightclubs.

Oh yeah, had that happen to me back when DOS was at the peak of their powers. Spotted a tall leggy hot one walking into the entrance but I was with my partner back then. The rest of the day I was like a zombie, couldn't get my mind off that girl!!
To this day I haven't found out who that was!
