100% bait and switch, but I was already expecting that when I booked. What I wasn’t expecting was how horrible it was.

I booked at their York Street venue (no longer listed) a little over 6 months ago and it was the worst experience I’d ever had to say the least.

The run down is:

1. The venue was way too busy.
2. I literally feared for my safety because the operation was super shady.
3. The price I was quoted for a RNT on text was not the price I had to pay - ended up paying $80 more …
4. Besides the bait and switch the attitudes of the WLs was mechanical. Try to make the customer finish as fast as they can and call in the next person
5. After I finished I didn’t even get a massage to finish the allocated time. They sent me away after 20 minutes even though I paid for 45. To be fair I wanted to get out as fast as I could.

Oh man, this group... I thought I wrote something about them before. I had major blue balls right after the first lockdown and decided to try the nearest private I could find in the City on the day. Yep, went to their York St place. Girl was a flabby overweight lady I wouldn't even look at a second time on the street. Worse, while I was doing the deed (blue balls made me do it), they were cooking lunch in the kitchen and I could hear and smell the whole thing. When I came out, there were 3 people eating lunch, 2 flabby ladies and and old guy. Got the hell outta there.
I didn't feel at risk of anything... They're just bottom of the barrel bait n switch operators. They know they can never attract top talent so they resort to scamming punters. Don't think they're malicious or anything. Quite pitiful actually.

Do yourself and favour and don’t even consider anything with “private group” in it. They rebrand a lot, but it’s still the same group.

Didn't know they have a place on hay St. It may be a different operation that one.
I think they're now in Sussex St, in the Regal apartments on top of the hotpot restaurant. Stay the fark away from them.

Maybe you should be thinking along a slightly different line...
Their premises are always rented, so are they long medium or short stay ?
Also who is renting them ? In many cases they are/could be flow on tenancies. A flow on is where the original tenants are no longer present or even in the country and as long as the rent is being paid the owner/agent has no idea or who is really occupying the premises. As long as the current occupants pay ...
So for the tenant to move on, they hand it on to someone else or just leave. The owner/agent might never know except for any issues around the bond.
