ML looking to make and sell videos - please help!

I have a ML friend, and during lockdown I encouraged her to make some videos, I told her that I and probably others would be keen to buy. I think after all that has gone on, the option of some additional income has got her interested. But she needs help - does anyone know the best way to sell these videos? I know there’s onlyfans, clips4sale etc, but it would good to tee her up with the best option that doesn’t destroy her in fees. Is it better to go through a platform like one of these sites? Or perhaps just deal directly with customers to manage content requests and payment?

Starting from scratch I'd say OF is the easiest platform to work with.

Honestly, she's going to have a hard time staying faceless and expecting to sell content. Part of the appeal is the pretty face doing unspeakable things. She can create an online character using a mask. The more niche her content, the easier it will be for her to build an audience.

Consider most online presence and its either a character, face or feature, more than what may be actually happening which can be seen in many other videos.
Personally, I am not in watching porn as I find it quite boring, its just so repetitious.
