I’m looking for a place that I can get down to business first and then really unwind with a proper 30 minute massage after. To me, it makes sense to get the arduous stuff out of the way and then have some time to relax, however I always question the quality of the massage in an FS shop.

Plenty of places in Hong Kong pre Covid - not the one floor one but the 樓上骨 upstairs bone places. They are basically private remedial massage units but with FS options.
