Completely disagree with other comments on the forum about her being "old" and "ugly". True it is that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Nevertheless, I think she is a cute lady and her personality and service approach more than make up for any perceived shortcomings in her appearance others might have, with which I don't agree.
