Now I’m an old Kuntt who often goes to the gym and needs a proper stretch as I’m so inflexible.

I have often gone to a legitimate Thai massage place and have had a traditional Thai massage with the stretching service. The problem is that those cute little 45kg spinners are neither strong enough nor experienced enough to stretch my big frame properly. They also don’t hold the stretch for long enough for it to be of any use. I always leave most unsatisfied and wishing I hadn’t bothered. Another $70 down the drain.

So one day I was just going through me Instagram looking for hot chicks to stare at. This ad then popped up from a stretch clinic that only does assisted stretching. The intro deal was $49 for 1 hour so I decided to give it a go. The place is called Stretch Studio in Darlinghurst.

Went there and got me whole body stretched out by a therapist. Calves, quads, inner thighs, back, shoulders, glutes, arms. Felt totally fuckin’ amazing. I have never felt better. Better than sex with a (C) CiCi, Mimi, Fifi, Coco, WeeWee, PooPoo or Mandy for sure!!

Normal price is $110 for 1 hour and I reckon I will repeat

They were hiring more attractive staff back then and more female therapists. It doesn't hurt to have some eye candy but they probably stopped updating website because they had a high turnover of staff and couldnt be bothered updating so often.

One of their therapists wearing fish net tights. Can't be any reason for needing to wear those when providing a professional service apart from wanting to try to look sexy.

Not sure what you mean by joking - but I’m legit about the stretching part and expect a bloke with good strength to sort me out.

But in response to the other replies who were wanting cute chicks then the Macquarie Uni clinic was the suggestion. obviously they’d do the initial assessments but then a bloke does the actual treatment if required. I wouldn’t recommend if you had a serious injury though just light sprains and that.

Flexibility is similar to most training, it has to be done quite regularly to become more flexible over time.

For most people, especially as they get older strength and cardiovascular fitness should be a priority by a long mile then flexibility as a bonus imo.

Firstly they analyse you by getting you to do a squat and they use an iPad app to diagnose you and work out where you are tight and what needs focus on

From there they then started with their stretch routine and my oh my did they hit the spots! Hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, lower back, shoulders - we were able to hit angles and depths that I’d never be able to do on my own. Could have easily done another hour there. $49 well spent

After that my legs were real nice and loose and I felt I could just sprint all the way up William St to Town Hall haha.

I didn’t do that however, rather I dropped by SBM nearby for a pretty mediocre session. $90 not so well spent. Probably should have hit up an FS shop instead.
