QLD visitor looking for FS

I've often heard how Sydney is supposed to be so much better than Brisbane. So coming down for a visit next week. I've heard how great Ginza is but can find no reviews in this forum. Is it that good and what other places can be recommended. Only there for a short time so no wasting time on sub standards.
