After she said that, then I started to think back and now I realised in the recent past there’s been an increase in the number of hotties I bumped into at the lifts on my apartment floor. No wonder!!

They’re all hotties, mostly young slim leggy girls. I remember on one of them I was ogling my eyes out and she didn’t even flinch and in fact looked like she was ready to say something “nice” to me. I think she may have been ready to offer services, then and there!

I dunno bros, I think there’s a way I can leverage this new knowledge but I can’t quite figure it out. What do you think?

here's the thing, forget about the pimp in your building and focus on becoming friends with your ML, she already knows where you live, probably already know what you do for work, so give her your number and invite her for coffee or lunch etc next time when she visits your building, you might even get free GF bonuses from her, by having a common friend and common interest that's how you get you get to know your neighbour.

I had it the other way around, in Queensland. The girls can only work alone, and that mens not sharing as well.
I lived in Kangaroo Point and my next door neighbour was a real cutie, But I noticed a lot of traffic in & out of her place and many different voices when I worked out on the balcony.
