I totally agree that this gap in the market needs to be filled. Like the OP said, sometimes you don't feel like sex and just want to be pampered with a massage and a nice BBBJ/CIM finish. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a place that offers this with a decent quality line up of girls who are young and pretty, while still at a relatively good price.

Your only options really are:
1. Trying your luck at a massage parlour and seeing if any of the girls offer BBBJ/CIM as extras. However, I find most places are filled with older ladies that tbh aren't that attractive IMO and a bit out of shape. Some Caucasian massage parlours like Nirvana, RPM, Bodyrotic etc. have decent looking girls but the price tag is much higher ー as is with most caucasian establishments ー especially since you'll most likely have to pay for BBBJ/CIM as extras.

2. Go to a FS shop and ask for just a massage and BBBJ/CIM finish, as some of the other guys have already suggested. The problem I find with this, in my experience, is that sometimes the girls aren't really good/qualified at massaging if you're actually after a proper massage. Also, some of these FS girls tend to get a bit annoyed when you ask for just a massage and blowjob because I guess it's more work for them. Giving a proper massage is tiring already and then having to suck a dick afterwards is even more exhausting. Compared to doing FS where potentially they can just get the patron to do majority of the work, and they lie there and chill.

I'm noticing that even private WLs nowadays are not offering this particular combo of service as much either, especially the caucasian ones. I remember seeing lots of ads for privates on sites like Escorts and Babes where they would offer massage only services or 'blow and go' services that included BBBJ and CIM. Not so much now. It's all just FS.

The first thing you need is an RNT that has the facilities for the girl to clean her mouth in the room itself. A sink, shower cubicle, or ensuite bath.
