Seems SB more reliable but expensive than EB?

EB is increasingly unreliable. Ads with unverified are likely fake. Increasingly verified, particularly Asian providers are fakes. $300 used to be a sign of reliability, now it is not. Non Asian verified providers tend to be more reliable.

Locanto, lots of fakes.

SB, usually reliable, but here the lower priced providers are sometimes fake.

There is plenty of advice on here as to how to pick fakes. It's never 100% and the best policy is to walk if the lady is not as advertised.
