I tried to make a booking yesterday. Had the time agreed, arrived 5 min late, but texted to say might be 10 min late. When I got to the building entrance, got a message saying "sorry, busy now, can you wait 30 min?". Was squeezing it in as it was, so had to walk. Very frustrating. ON the positives, the messaging was all from the same number, so I don't think there was a middle man involved. Plus the messages were all very polite. So I'm just assuming it was a mix up that she didn't manage very well. Still keen to give her a try another time. Do you think I'm wasting my time?
