Nah, no way. A while ago, I booked Alice (legend) for waxing on 2 separate occasions and they baited and switched with someone else who didn’t have a clue both times. Second time I messaged a couple of hours beforehand to ensure it was Alice, but still got shafted. There are some horror stories in previous threads
