Look up phimocure and order a set. About $40 delivered. Start stretching it out. Take it easy and don't be too ambitious, over-doing it will set you back. Use a good moisturiser with the rings, one that doesn't irritate the skin.
It took me about a year to go from almost closed to fully functional, with no need for extra stretching once done. Made big gains quickly then progress was slow but steady. Pleased I didn't listen to the urologist who said the chop was the only option.

Interesting. Had never heard of it. Circumcision isn't terrible - haven't found anyone that doesn't want to give me a BBBJ - if that becomes the only option.

Interesting, didn't know there was a name for this. I'm gonna share my experience (probably TMI, so you've been warned).

I think I had this, as before losing my virginity, I always felt it was hard to retract my foreskin, to the point that I never did. The first time I was about to have sex, it was forcefully retracted. Dick cheese everywhere, scared the girl, didn't go through with it. After this "experience", I ended up having the longest shower ever. Since then, daily in the shower, I would retract it back and forth. Same as well whenever I had a wank. Eventually (I don't remember how long it took), it maintained the looseness and elasticity. Now it doesn't affect me at all.

Hope it works out for you mate.

Exact same happened to me. Fixed during my late teens using same method.

see your doctor, they give you referal to urologist, you see the specialist and they can put you on either a public(free) or private health system. when it comes to surgery day. they snip skin off. go home and recover for 8 weeks. its been hell not being able to use it.. but worth it.

sensation is different but getting bbbj before and after…amazing

Circumcision removes the majority of the most sensitive part of your dick. It is wildly overkill for the majority of phimosis sufferers.

I never had an issue with my foreskin before. Sometime during the teen years I was already able to pull it back. After a couple of years of being sexually active, it’s stretched out more and there were no discomfort at all.

Fast forward to earlier this year, sex pretty much non existent and I’m over 40 now. The tip of the foreskin has tighten up but I was still able to pull it back, with a little discomfort. Often, I had noticed the foreskin would tear or crack or at times be inflamed or swollen. Pulling it back without lube feels like the ring of fire and I resort to only doing it when soft. There’s no way I can pull it back when erected. When I do pull it back before, after going hard it’s like I have a really tight ring below the head. So much so that it’s painful to maintain an erection.

The foreskin still feel elastic but for some reason, the tip/opening has tighten. There’s no way my dick size has gotten bigger at this age.

Let me clarify that it’s only painful if I attempt to retract the foreskin when erect. When soft,I can retract it no problem and do so on a daily basis (cleaning during the shower). There’s no pain at all when I’m erect and the foreskin is loose and able to stretch/accomodate the penis when hard. It’s the act of trying to retract the foreskin below the head that’s painful. Last 20-30 years, this was never a problem. It’s like the opening of the foreskin has gotten a few millimetres smaller.

I don’t pull it back when jerking off, and only pull it back for sex. I’m not sure if the lack of sex in the last couple of years has caused this (only a handful of times this year, not much more the last couple of years. Before that, it was 1-2 times weekly).

You sound like a good candidate for stretching. Get to it sooner than later. The tightening you're experiencing is possibly caused by skin irritation causing scarring, which tends to make it tighter over time. I had this and ignored it as I didn't think I had the time to recover from circumcision and I didn't realise how effective stretching could be. If you're disciplined you can hook your pinkies in and hold it, but stretching rings like phimocure are a good option so you can do other things with your hands. Keep at it and there's a good chance it'll return to pre-phimosis function. Mine did and I'm loving life again.

I'm nearly 40. Is it too late to start using phimocure? It's impossible for me to retract with erect and can only retract a little when soft.

Nope. I was older than you and in worse condition when I started. The kit can stretch from a pinhole size upwards. I must sound like I'm from their marketing department by now, but phimosis made me miserable (blood blisters and full bleeding, embarrassment) and that kit fixed it for a tiny outlay. You just have to be patient and consistent. Be careful of celebratory wanks after progress too, they can damage your progress.

Beside the tight foreskin I have no pain or issues. Which is why I never looked into it. But good to know there is this type of kit available that actually works. Thanks bro

I had the exact same first time experience, but my remedy was different. Booked myself in to get a circumcision the very next day. Recovering from it as a horny late teen... I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!

Not to mention I ended up not getting to fuck that GF because we went our separate ways before I could recover.

Best decision I've ever made, though. Girls love the superior look and cleanliness of a circumcised cock. Should consider it.

Start stretching first. Look at peoples ears, lips on africans etc. With time you can make it work without medication.

You removed most of your dicks nerve endings.

You also made your dick smaller/thinner by removing a huge hunk of skin.

Unfortunately this practice is not applicable to dick length. Wish my dick was a few inches longer but I've learnt to live with it. Lifes too short... Get it? *Dork laugh* :(

You only need a few inches to hit the G spot and that should be sufficient to get her pussy tingling and her juices flowing. If you want to hit her A spot then that's a different problem all together.

Suggest you read up on Master Mantak Chia - the screwing technique is probably the most fundamental of sex techniques yet MOST guys still don't fucken get it..as Mantak Chia says, learn your techniques and master them.

Hi mate, I had same symptoms, very painful. Went to doc and he suggested Hydrozole Cream. Get from pharmacy (but have to ask for it - it’s behind counter) within a week all ok. My issue was due to diabetes (Penile Thrush) - anyway, may be different but worth a go

I don't need an ugly, dick-cheese-making skin on my dick to make it bigger.

And that BS about nerve endings works for people who got it done as a child, or those who never got it done like you, not on me. I know what it feels like with or without the skin because I did it as a young adult. I last a lot longer in sex, it feels great, and I get to focus completely on the sex without a single worry about what's under that stupid skin.

Well you cut it off, so its no longer an option either way.

That is all great, but at the end of the day it doesn't need to get to that point. You seem quite angry at it being a dick cheese making, stupid skin etc. Yet not retracting, is not how it is meant to go. I can imagine how awful your first time was because of this.. and the scarring is evidently deep. It is meant to retract, which brings us to the next somewhat important point.

You don't know what it feels like with a foreskin that works correctly because you have not experienced this :) I could totally understand that with was bad and removed is superior, for your personal experience. Yet your personal experience is not how a foreskin is meant to work. You have also not experienced masturbation with a foreskin, evidenced by your "my experience was identical" reply. Never bothered retracting it.

The sad part is you perpetuate this idea that it is ok to cut, when there are options. In fact you try to legitimise it with your "i had both and circumcised is better". Just remember everyone who reads his circumshilling - his foreskin did not work correctly. Also the grand total of his "sex with foreskin" is once. It is absurd to say you last longer after being circumcised - you were circumcised after your first attempt. No attempt at fixing the problem beyond cutting. (http://www.aus99forum.com/showthread.php?109982-phimosis&p=2506289&viewfull=1#post2506289)

If you have issues you should see your doctor and push for non surgical methods. If they can't help find another doctor or research online for foreskin stretching. If Africans can stretch out their bottom lip and piercing aficionados can stretch their ears, you can stretch your foreskin.

Some other downsides : Further reduced sensitivity due to constant rubbing against your clothing. This will add up over a lifetime.

The downside is the fix will take time and effort on your part. Circumcision isn't/wasn't popular because phimosis is a vast problem. It is popular because of the wests judaeo christian heritage. Particularly US/Aus.

Seems easier in the long run.
You could be a good parent and teach your sons how to look after their bodies then let them decide if they want to cut it off or not.

There is no ad hominem, simply rephrasing what you have stated/quoted and said to mirror your experience in this thread to show how nonsense your claims are. As for "try hard" you are the circumcision shill of this forum, popping up every time it is mentioned with your story. You are trying to deceive people with your "i had sex with and then had it removed and its better" without pointing out you did not do it with a functional foreskin - once. So yes, it was likely better for you and you are not lying but it is misleading :)

I was lucky as grwoing up I was told to pull the skin back and wash it thoroughly. So I dont have a problem pulling the skin. What the skin does is make the penis very sensitive. When having sex without a condom I come earlier than when using one. With the skin the muck still collects underneath which needs to be cleaned or wiped off. With my experience, I feel circumcision would have been a better choice.

So I used to have full phimosis (like the foreskin would not retract at all), and never realised it was a problem until well into my mid 20s. In the early days when I was having mostly condom sex, it wasn't a massive problem, but when I started having a lot of raw sex, the phimosis got worse and worse - to the point where the foreskin would be swollen after a good fucking and I'd have to rest for a week before I could fuck again.

Eventually enough was enough, and I saw the urologist. He advised that I could try steroid creams and stretching exercises, but at my age (early 30s), it was unlikely to be successful, so his recommendation was a circumcision. Obviously my main concerns were loss of sensation, and other potential complications, plus the minimum 4 week recovery time whereby there would be no sex or masturbation, plus potential time off work to recover. I was also concerned that my dick would be smaller given the loss of skin.

After some consideration, I decided to book the circumcision back in May and now I'm circumcised. My observations/experience has been:
* When fucking raw, it's great not have to worry about the pain of the phimosis. I never had my glans exposed previously, so i definitely do still enjoy sex and don't really notice a loss in sensation
* I did worry about losing sensitivity in the glans after circumcision due to all the rubbing around, but to date it's still fine for me
* I did notice a loss of sensitivity with condom sex though, probably because the glans is covered up. Doesn't prevent me from finishing though.
* I do still have a scar from my circumcision though. The girls i've been with since haven't really mentioned anything about it though, and when erect, the scar tends to be mostly hidden underneath the head of the penis
* I also didn't really notice a reduction in penis size either
* It's great to not have to worry about needing to shower before sex due to some urine retention when i had phimosis (though i still do prefer to shower before sex for the lady's benefit)

So overall, personally for me the circumcision was definitely a good decision; particularly in comparison to the later stages of my phimosis where i was pretty much starting to get tears in the foreskin after sex
