M8 has been closed for a while, they were going downhill before covid and covid just finished them off.

That land is just sitting there not making any money...

I had a few outstanding punts with a Korean girl at Masstige8 in 2011-2012. Holly was her name. I recall the Sydney morning herald did a story during Covid that this venue closed down & was up for sale & many places near it. Masstige8 & places near it as far as land are probably worth millions but that area is a bit of a dump. You would bulldoze the whole lot & build a hotel or a massive new housing complex.of course you go also turn the entire area into a multi story massage parlour or brothel.
