I haven't tried a whole lot of them but had a terrible experience that put me off taking a chance. Just very few great reviews of them compared to precovid where you rarely had a bad time.

It was about 50/50 for me for new jap wl this year. 3 bad and 3 very good.

Don't know where you're getting your news feed from but young fresh Japanese WLs would rather not work in their home country unless they have some sort of mental health issue and can't work other jobs. They'd rather work as bar hostesses as they don't need to sleep with customers and get commissions on every overpriced wine bottle their customers pay for.

Those who come here recently are those looking to make a huge amount of money in a short time to either help their family out who lost their jobs during COVID, pay for uni or buy a house since the real estate market in Japan is quickly depreciating. And there's also those on working holiday visas making money in order to travel.
