I am still in my early 40s but a significantly better diet and exercise regime, resistance and weight training, meant that my testosterone levels are not declining as much and therefore libido remains high. Combine that with increased earnings it has not been a good combination over the past couple years.

I have had to resort to habit forming techniques to reduce the punting which has worked at times but not always.

The frequent WLs/MLs are not good if we want to curb the punting as we not only get a very good sexual experience but also the fantastic GF/friendship and meetings outside the shops with hot women on your arms.

If you compare the hourly rates of the sugar babies with the WLs, in my case the sugar babies have worked out about 160 per hour which is far cheaper than the good WLs in the good brothels. I was paying 300 per hour frequently. Now I only see them every 5 to 6 weeks...when ever I come back to the girls they always seems happy nd more keen to please some much more energy.

So I think best don't let them see you fall heel over them or other wise they will take thing for granted nd get sick of you of cus that is not always the case... but I know some guys are crazy would see them 2 to 3 times a week..believe it or not girls actually don't like see the same person every week they get bored of you !
Falling for them is a huge mistake u let them controlled you. Best not to let them see all your moves...girl like to play games they also need some excitement this job does get pretty boring :anger: keep them guessing!!

It is also mid Jan 23 but this is the most revealing thread and worth contributing to. Thanks for some of the thoughtful comments. 2023 is the perfect punting wind-down year for me. I have been having a long distance relationship that has been going well. I have a safe NHJ every now and again to deal with the time between sex weekends. Over a fortnight without sex and I start going a bit mad. It keeps me a bit sharp too.

Rising prices and souring attitudes of some of the MLs have put me off punting. As for the attitude, could just be me getting older whilst the average age of the MLs stays the same so my mileage is diminishing. Maybe my sex drive is diminishing gradually too, thank god, as it has always been very distracting. Im not going to go the blue pill though.

That said I probably had the best one off punt of my life last year. Tempting to make her a regular except they disappeared off the roster shortly after. Lucky bugger.
