Sorry don’t know in these two cities but if you go to Gold Cost they have them in Oaks Gold Coast near Surfers Paradise. This is a reasonably priced hotel also and during off peak could get a studio for around the $200 mark. I have stayed there plenty of times but never used it. Will definitely try it next time.

If you’re looking for a good spot in Sydney, the QT Hotel has some rooms with spa baths. The vibe is modern, and the spa bath is perfect for unwinding after a day out. In Melbourne, The Langham is a solid pick. It’s a bit more on the luxe side, and their spa baths come with a view if you’re lucky.
As for my experience, I once stayed at this place (https://www.westgateresorts.com/hotels/missouri/branson/) in Branson, Missouri. The spa was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring the area. While it’s a bit far from Sydney or Melbourne, it’s worth considering if you ever travel to the States.

+1 for Pullman hotel, it's clean and the room is nice but expect to pay a bit more
