Photos varified on EB

So ive noticed recently that WL's are somehow able to get their photos varified in their E&B adverts, when clearly they arent the one in the photo.
Anyone noticed this.
Or is it the old switcheroo once their ad is varified?

A couple of years ago I responded to a verified ad of E&B.

I ended up seeing an older woman who wasn't the one in the photo but as I was leaving, the girl from the ad was walking in.

Even if E&B verifies the photo, that doesn't stop the WLs (or their pimp) doing a bait and switch.
