Is it weird for a shop to not have a roster, you have to text every day to see who is on and it changes from week to week and they can’t tell you when someone is working

They work on %%% that will rock up & then wont walk even to the extent of using past known gems names to drag you in but dont work there anymore

This seems more like who ever is running it isn’t there and it’s the girls answering the text, very apologetic and from what I’ve seen of the girls that work there it’s a pretty good standard

Even worse when they don't have a shop mobile and you have to call a landline to ask who is on, then make (or not) a booking over the phone, and finally arrive at the agreed time just to find out that they've stuffed it up and have no record of your booking....

Have to praise Vivi's in that regard. They send out a roster for the whole week via WeChat.

This place you can’t book first thing in the morning because they can’t tell you who is on

Yes agree on that, all very consistent to update every morning.
You can always ask the lady when they work, I do all seem to have no problem telling me.

They don’t seem to know when there next shift is and when you text the shop the roster is different to what it was the previous week
