Mate could not understand why do you take Kamagra the night before. The recommendation as I undertand for the pill is to take this at least 2 hours prior to the sex before you have anything to eat. This allows enough time to be absorbed. I only take a 1/4 tablet and the effects can last upto 6 hours. If you are young you dont need to take anymore than 1/4 tablet or 1/2 if you planning to have sex longer. I use super K as it helps with both and takes the pressure off me trying to hold back as I dont want to come too early with the first shot.

Before I experimented with the pills I would book 1 hour with WL. Have the first shot then relax, massage or chat and have the second round.
