I'm sure he was just naked, there was a deodorant can on the floor and he accidentally fell over backwards. That's usually the case.

Interesting... I hope they took the opportunity to do some experiments on this rare occurrence.

Like, if they pressed on the nozzle, would it result in a sweet smelling fart or burp?

And I'm wondering what the proctologist would've said to the surgeon? I tried my best?
