cbd - new 360 shop ??

A friend recommended this shop to me saying they are open relatively late, provide fs and some rooms have spas.

So the simple question id this a ++Shop, or an all included. ?

He says he was quoed $330 for 90 minutes, with a spa, and fs, but he didn't say whether as extra's or inclusions ?

Has anyone here actually been and can report please ?

I looked for hints about any fun activities at this place. There is no mention of attractive girls, or photos of them, for example.
The only hint I can find is "studio has a discrete entrance" mentioned on their Locanto advertisement.
Prices seem to be expensive if they don't include any extras.

200 is for cbj/massage the rooms have showers and a tub in them, fs last time was 100 so 300 for 60 minutes
