Noticed some ads on Locanto with a 'recently renovated' tagline and the same landline as prior to Covid. Not sure if it's the same management but aware of it's previous excellent reputation, never got the chance to visit back in the day.

Currently nursing a cold but will endeavour to check it out.

Is this the old ground floor unit off Quay St?
If so, I checked it out a few weeks back out of curiosity. Sigh was up and girls were working there, but none of them took my fancy so I walked on. But, YES, I believe it is active again.

I didn’t even know it had closed…

Went there tonight. It was awful. No one knew anything about the old shop so i think its all new.
