I find that a decent punt does a lot for my mind and body. It increases my motivation, focus and creativity.

But there’s something more. For the past 18 months my regular has motivated me to do bodybuilding. And fuck man, I’m bigger, harder and stronger in my late 40’s than I ever was in my mid 20’s when I did amateur bodybuilding in the ACT in the year 2000. I can do 150 pushups inside of 10 minutes, 20 pull-ups and in general better and heavier sets at the gym than ever, all while thinking about her. don't think i've ever seen a 39yo look 19, but maybe mid 20s. even so, as long as they look young, doesn't matter what age tbh lol... also, imo hands are the easiest ways to tell if someone is in their late 20s and beyond for most people.

In 2017 My late wife developed ovarian cancer and went through 4 years of treatment before she passed away, so instead of going behind her back i was jerkin the gherkin which caused me to get lazy and put on 25kgs in weight,
So 1 year later after she passed away, instead of being alone and feeling sorry for my self and facing major health issues, i decided to get mentally and physically active again and than started to enjoy punting again, i have lost 40kgs since October last year and feel like i am 40 again instead of turning 52,
