That's an imaginary site that they advertise on porn sites. No such thing really exists.
The closest alternative used to be Craigslist because the women could maintain anonymity for as long as they wanted. The modern sites that require a profile make the slutty girls have to stay under the radar and you have to put in the work to find and chat with them.
