Pretty much ANY shop/ML being discussed here provides at least basic 'extras', i.e. HJ, TLHJ, NHJ - for those you should not pay more than 1-2 pines.
You don't have to 'initiate' anything, they will bring it up at some stage; after all it's how they make their money. The girls don't work in those shops just for half of the initial massage fee...
Just go with the flow.
After a few shop visits you'll know how the game is being played and you can start to be a bit more proactive and tailor your approach to what you're after...

Some will sense a rookie and ask for ridiculous sums. Although you will be keen to go, dont flash the cash.

Depending on the shop, girl and suburb, pricing will be
HJ - $20-70
Nude HJ - $50-$150
BJ - $75-$200
FS - $100- $300

If you are a good negotiator you can get cheaper on all.
Getting fs from an old lady in a poor suburb should be much cheaper than getting fs from a hot under 30 in a more affluent area.

Things like daty, body slides, anal, rimming on you or them, fisting, dirty sanchez, felching, water sports, rusty trombone etc will be at the discretion and price point of the ml. Most will stick to basics.

Depending on the place this is my approach as well.

I've never been turned down. You may not get the full menu sometimes as some places only offer that to returning customers.

But look sometimes you want a HJ. Sometimes you want FS. Everyone knows why you're there. I don't know why people beat around the bush.

If your sole reason going to a ML is to stick your dick into a pussy and get off then maybe the suggested strategy would be for you.
I would suggest this upfront and direct approach may put many ML off and make them give you a very mechanical session or let them quote you a ridiculous price. (which you may be willing to pay)

During the massage I am constantly evaluating their "willingness". A few well chosen phrases also come in handy.

Beyond me why people with that attitude go to MASSAGE shops, and not to a brothel or private 'escort', where you don't have to pay for a massage you don't want, where there is a proper bed, shower, more privacy and discretion, and where usually you can be certain of the outcome - unless you have some rather unusual hobbies.

This would be a good way as not doing so has had me attached with a ml in the past. I became her regular and she took advantage of it by not giving me extras in my expectation of getting it sometime. Usually worst case on the flip if you have not said anything yet, the ML will say something. Two most common ways I have found is a) You roll over, they look at your doodle and make a sound then ask if you want something else extra or b) You flip, they start massaging you thigh area and hand cups your balls or rests on your cock and they then ask.
