Have you ever been in the middle of a massage session butt naked and the massage girl presses to much,
that gas escapes so abruptly that its beyond embarrassment,
If so how have you handle the situation,
Also if you do feel it building up do you give her a pre warning or do you just squeeze it out and hope for the best.

Not yet, which is why I avoid gas-inducing foods beforehand...I think I would give her a pre-warning. It would surely make her giggle unless she was in the middle of rimming lol...

Lol, hope for the best.... can't imagine the best of what?
Never been in this situation thankfully. I have a very regular procedure when it comes to bowel movement. I empty everything every morning when I get up without fail, so I rarely feel any urge to fart during the day.
Daily bowel movement is a must, one of the keys to a healthy life.

Yep, letting one rip during a massage can be a little awkward, but hey, it's totally normal and happens to everyone from time to time. Those massage therapists? They've seen it all! They're pros at handling all kinds of body quirks, including unexpected toots.

I barely eat the day of a punt.... between the anxiety/apprehension of it, and the desire to not have food breath or crap stuck in my teeth, and my bowels evacuating all day (sorry for the overshare!) the last thing I want to do it eat. By the time I get to the shop I'm cleaned out, there wouldn't be a bit of gas left!

You're not alone in feeling this way! It's quite common for people to experience a mix of anxiety and physical reactions before a significant event like a punt. Your body's way of preparing for stress often includes changes in appetite and bowel movements. Many people go through similar experiences, so no need to worry about oversharing. The most important thing is that you're taking care of yourself and managing your nerves in a way that works for you.

It's just a physical symptom - I relish it in a way - it's really exhilarating..... add in the reflux and nasal congestion from the viagra, and you'd wonder why I do it??? Because it's so good I suppose! :)

Bro, that's no good. Gotta eat something, maybe a couple of bananas, breakfast candy bars, etc. Something easy to digest, minimum fat, lots of carbs and preferably with lots of fluids. That's why bananas fit the bill perfectly. It is to give you energy and hydration.

Also, starving yourself could cause extremely bad breath because the gastro juice smell would spew out of your mouth. It's a horrible stench and you could easily miss it yourself.

I do hit the waters, for sure, and will probably throw down a piece of slice at work in the morning.... I'm a bit of a camel, often go a bit without eating much.... bananas sound like an idea though. Last punt I went a bit overboard with the water - by the time the girl arrived I was busting. I'm glad she disappeared to do something while I had a shower after the health check, had to have a leak in the shower!

Yeah bro, just drinking water is not a good way to hydrate. It just ends up being a diuretic, just makes you pee more often.

If you're using Viagra, that's even worse, you're making yourself pee all the Viagra out of your system!

Go for bananas or other fruits. Even a sugary soft drink (not a zero sugar one!) is better than just water for short term hydration.

When you let one rip during a massage, think of it as your body's way of harmonizing with the soothing music in the background – an unexpected, but perhaps not entirely unwelcome, part of the symphony!" 😄
