Go past it daily. In between the take away shop and chinese restaurant. Down from the chemist and doctors surgery, and then after there's a dentist, nail technicians and barber.
So you know you got everything covered in one neat little row.

A quick forum search for Carseldine indicates it ain't great. The Thai restaurant there is really good though!

I'll think you'll agree it is one of the most eclectic set of shops around.

It's a boiler shop. Afaik it's connected to a few others.

Not horrible, not the best. Went during the lunch rush I think so there were lots of TMR workers around waiting for their chinese.
Place is very dim but clean, keeps the air con on a nice temp so you don't leave sweaty.
Very flirty and giggly 45+ chinese women, rips your underwear straight off, small frame with C cups that are like squeezing a body builders shoulders.

HJ = 1 pine
NHJ = 2 pines
CBJ = 3 pines
FS = 4 pines

Probably go back if I hit another dry spell, its fairly close.

It's a boiler shop. Same cartel as zillmere road about and a new one in Strathpine on gympie road.
