Because this is a thread dedicated to helping other fellow brothers. Everyone is in a different situation in life. Some need help, others don't. If this thread helps just one person it will be worth it.

Lots of factors at play here. You can be nice and respectful without it being at your own expense. On the other side of the coin, how does the girl feel about you? Is she taking advantage of you or does she appreciate your help?

My top 3 lessons learnt

1. If in doubt, assume the lady you are interested in, has at least one other guy apart from you, very interested in her. Therefore if she doesn't respond to your texts quickly, she ain't interested in you. A lady interested in you will make it easy for you to communicate. She definitely won't leave your text unanswered until the next day Every women checks their phones every 20-30 minutes 24-7
A lady late in texting you, is telling you indirectly that she can't be bothered and is creating space between you. Never be butthurt if you are treated this way. Pretend nothing is happening, and then time delay texts back to her. Wait for her to develop interest and text you saying "Where have you been?". If she never does that, she definitely does not give a f_ck. Find other women as well in that case, just like she has many male contacts
A women may say she is busy. That's always an excuse

On the Manosphere

In the realm of the manosphere you have a spectrum of varying male types. These classifications have been adapted from the animal kingdom and reflect male nature so it will help you understand why men live, act, and behave the way they do. The male archetypes are simply labels given to describe the typical behaviours and lifestyles exhibited by these classes of men.

At one extreme of the male spectrum you have the alpha males and on the other extreme you have the incel’s. In between these two extremes you have various types of male types eg sigma, beta, delta, omega ad-nauseam.

Whilst in the ideal world every male would fit into one of these distinct categories the reality is that men will generally exhibit a mix and blend of traits from the pool of male types. Most sigmas were once alphas so they posses many of the alpha male traits and behaviours, but they prefer to live, hunt and act alone ie in their own terms and by their own rules; they are labelled as lone wolves or the outliers in the realm of the manosphere.

Typically these are middle aged men, that have ample life experiences, are single, divorced or widowed, their kids are all grown up, they have the sufficient money, intellect and resources, but their looks and their health is on the decline.
They'll capitalise on their situation and subsequently become players, developing new sexual skillsets, they'll punt, have affairs with married and single women, they'll enjoy the sexual freedoms and gratifications that married or family life often limits/denies a man.
Sigmas live alone and they die alone. Note that there's a big difference between being alone and being lonely.

A true sigma will not re-marry, or seek LTR with women. They are happy to punt, have flings, pump and dump and then carry on investing in their lone wolf activities. A sigma-with-beta traits will often remarry or enter a LTR, and there's nothing wrong with that. Some men are quite comfortable with being alone, whilst others can't, so it is what it is.

It must also be said that some betas after experiencing a divorce rape, being cheated and lied to etc may adopt some sigma traits, and start living the carefree lifestyle. They are known as betas-with-sigma traits. Over time these men can discard all their beta simp traits and become sigmas. Again there's no wrong or right it just is.
