C Cassie of GC circa 2018/19 had silicone implants done. It was quite subtle, nothing like the grotesque phat/fat arsed ladies you see in porn etc. Her arse didn't feel hard at all.

That's the thing. It depends on the "starting point", her body shape before the implants. If a girl had nice leggy proportions but had a flat arse, getting the implants would work really well because it serves to accentuate the total view.
