A mobile number cannot be faked, can it?

You could use a burner phone or second secret phone not your main phone. There is a risk if you have a wife or gf using your own main phone number. Especially if one of the working girls gets your direct number. Block the massage place number if they bombard you with ads.

My understanding is that the OP used his main number for boookong a session at a shop. That shop has now added his number to their general advertising distribution.

With the advent of dual sim and eSIM phones it’s so much easier to have a burner number these days.

Even if you are the only one using your phone shops and WL have no marketing regulations.

I am regularly replacing my burner number these days. Usually each 6–9 months.

Are you using a physical phone/SIM or a virtual service?

In this industry being discreet is very important.
I know a lot of the private escorts in Scarlet Blue that pride themselves on their ability to be discreet.
These massage shops need to learn from the l33t providers and think twice before sending messages with pictures. This is a sure fire way of losing business.
Do they not think before they send?

I think he meant to use a burner phone/number rather than your regular number.

The numbers you see on an incoming call can be faked.

I use your Mums' number, she doesn't seem to mind.

This is why I never tell anyone my real name and never call to make a booking, I just do walk ins, and ask to see who is available,
If I am not happy I walk straight back out again.

Just reply to the messages with STOP or NO to opt out of marketing.

Are burner phones a fire hazard?

Why not buy one off a backpacker who is leaving the country? That way all the ID is set up with another person.

I used a burner phone and fake name on Wechat. Unfortunately the Sim plan is under my real name as there is KYC when you open an account these days

Yeah so do I.

Hers is a silent number, she’s been dead ten years.
