After clearing out my contacts I accidentally deleted 227 Broadway's wechat (broadwaycity) and when trying to add them now it says 'unable to add this contact due to violation of their account'

Is phone number the only way to contact them now?

Yeah. I messaged them on that and they said wechat is full
