So ive been frequenting 160/hr shops as well as the higher end ones like Ginza, no5.

The problem with Covid is that all the 160/hr budget shops, which used to have quite a selection of 30+ year olds are all now 45+ year olds. Also price increases at Ginza and No 5 and the higher end ones are a big blow to a punter with a limited budget.

My question is - is there any brothels that is mid range of these two in terms of both quality and price for recommendation?

I think generally the quality has dropped. Also some good ones have slipped e.g. 42g, some that where seem to gone bad 187 Hornsby.

1 quality punt every few months is better than 4 average ones, imo.

The average looking WLs have moved from 150/hr shops ( Before Covid) to 280-300/ hr shops. If once high end shops had early to mid 20s , now you see their line up filled up with late 20s to mid 30s. My only suggestion is to save money for a good one if you find it otherwise don't lower your standards just because something is on display.
