That's the location of where the payment was made, not the location of the company. They were in an apartment in Elizabeth Bay area.

He might be cashing in with the business owner ? Meaning the shop charged his corporate card for $1,000 and gave him $800 or $900 back in cash ! Conspiring to cheat the system for money.
