Apart from the impact it may have on staff. I wonder whether it is flawed from a future earnings perspective. When you advertise based on a perception of quality, what does it tell customers faced with a choice that you are telling them is second best? Further, are you not also telling your customers that if you can't book the 'hot girl', you can book a non-hot girl and pay the same amount. I wonder whether the end result is that customers will try elsewhere rather than book a non-hot girl.

Further, do you really need to do it? The statement 'Regular customers and those from forums know which two girls are more popular and can book in advance.' is fine, but they already know who the hot ones are from the forum or because they are regulars and have worked it out. So they don't need to be told. New customers who don't know will see the hot girl, find out she is booked out and then be faced with a non-hot choice because that is what the ad tells them.
