Sefton's definitely the best value place in Sydney. You can hang off to the sides and just watch for free, or if you sit side of stage and get some attention, it's really quite amazing what the girls are willing to do for your $2 denomination of their in-house dancing dollars.

Friends of mine lived in a dry county in Alabama. Drinking is legal but selling alcohol is not.
They would go to a 'private' club where you pay a cover charge and if you want to drink at the bar you must donate a byo bottle of alcohol. The bar stock consisted of all the bottles provided by the patrons. So you werent buying alcohol, just legally sharing your drinks with friends.
