Guys not long now
The new Ginza is almost upon us
The competition should be starting to worry a bit- Just a tad
As for us- exciting times ahead that's for sure.....

Does anyone know where the new place will be? Couldn't see it in the update thread. Is it still within walking distance of the cbd?

Um, how ?

Do you know even know who they are competing against without knowing their price range?
It's so simple you can't figure it out? Direct threat is to Yamada of course, cheaper price for the same source of girls. then a threat to every other shops, even the increase in number of RnT places is affecting FS shops

I would have thought that TMC BM MOC and 5*penthouse are competitors, and that Ginza has it's own niche seperate to them.

There are more factors contributing to Ginza's success other than price-
-Management
-Quality of the girls
-Quality of the services
-Venue ( new)
-Client Loyalty

Now with a official shop, there will be all of the above and more quality Girls, longer hours, (as started this week with Sunday trading).
A new spik and span modern venue with new facilities, and marketing that can now be in the open
And as well as the above, if prices remain at the current levels or move up slightly- then it may effect competition for the whole industry
Can't wait for day 1

I really don't think that an outcall agency and a brothel are direct competitors. It's a totally different style of experience.

Apparently Ginza do Outcalls within their current structure-I recently read a Ar on Usagi meeting a client at a hotel.
Pricing was not disclosed, but mention was made that it was above the shop price- which is understandable
Now whether this will continue with the new shop is yet to be seen

Most punters have limited resources, if they spent money on one shop, they can't spent on another too soon, that's why I said even RnT shops is competing with FS shops for punters' money

You are absolutely right!

I go to RnT shop weekly and spend $110 a shot! And if I win on the footy then I will go more times !

If 501 has got some nice girl with big tits, I'll go there and pay the cheaper $80,

And now with the new Rogers shop at 45 George St offering an opening special of $80/30 min

I will give them a try soon, so one of my favourite shop and ML will miss out and I will most likely take the $120/hr option. And that price is the same as the B2B at Silver Fox, so you think there will be some affect on Foxy's and other MS's business.

Sure, sometimes punters are either FS or RnT but believe me, there are a lot of them do go either way !!

Just my two cents

Longer opening hours, far less downtime, certainty - there should be great deal more efficiency built in there to make up for that.

While every brother is getting excited about the new shop, I just want to say this, when Eden @ Villawood opened, they ran a name the new shop competition in the forum and the winner got a prize for two hours free punt and then every brother who put an entry in got a discount voucher for $50/30 min.

It was very generous of them and I did use it.

Just a thought !!

Cheers
