Cracker - Ad originated outside of Australia ?

Anybody know why the crack ads often say "this ad originated outside of Australia" ? Now one would assume the statement means exactly that, but wasnt there a discussion about this (I had a look and couldnt find it), which argued another harmless reason ?

If the server can't identify a geographic location for the add, it comes up with that message. If you're using wireless connection such as tablet or phone, that will come up. It's down to fixed versus dynamic IP addresses. (A fixed IP address is associated with a particular net connection such as your Telstra broadband connection. Dynamic IP addresses change depending on what network tower you're accessing.)

I think that you should do a google search on the images in this ad. That Delectable Thing will not look like her advertised pictures. One example (see here) (http://woohair.com/id51219/bleached-blonde-hair-bleaching-styling-tips-tutorials-3264x2448-pixel.html). This just one of the places this same image was used

Pictures are accurate. She has a few little tattoos on her body. Nothing over the top just a few little ones on her body. I booked the hour and it would have been closer to 1hr 30min

Could it be the stereotypical view of an IT dude being a socially challenged nerd, not confident with women, who can't get laid outside of WL ?
Or is it simply that IT guys earn better money at younger age ?
