Tokyo is fantastic fun, its easy to do some research via the internet before u go, just search hookers in Japan, Tokyo call girls etc and you will get plenty. I PM'd u a sample. 3 things I have heard lately, all stem from tougher economic times: 1) the rate of drink spiking and bro being rolled is up, so take precaution...2) getting into the mood at hostess clubs is a great part of the experience for me, plenty of Asian and amazing eastern Europe chicks, go into the private room and get anything from DFK to BBBJ and FS... this can cost heaps as its per song so dont fall asleep...3) many semi regular girls are doing WL job so its worth making the calls, of course just about the only people who speak english are the papasan on he escort phone..

Mongering in Japan can be difficult if you are a foreigner, more so if you can't speak Japanese reasonably well. But there are a few places, like Asian Mystique that specialise in non-speakers. Google up International Sex Guide and read up the Japanese section.

OK, just to give you a little help:

1. To pick up a free girl (not a prostitute) you chat them up as you would any other girl. If she is working, such as at a railway station or department store, you can't ask her out while she is working. It is not right. What you do is leave your hotel card with your name and room number and ask her to call you if she has any free time. Alternatively, you might ask when she is off work and then mention where you will be at that time, eg: I'm planning to visit the temple in Asakusa, or I was hoping to go to the Ninja restaurant that night. You have to leave a tag for her to respond to. If she's interested she will call your hotel or mention that she hasn't been to Asakusa for a long time.

2. Then you set the time you will be there ... wherever that is ... and mention that it would be nice if someone who knew the city could help you get around town. The important thing is you can't directly ask a J girl out on a first date. It is usually done by an intermediaray or friend.

3. If you feel like you are getting somewhere and are halfway through a night out or date you might consider sex. In that case, the right way is to ask the J girl if she has any "skin" ... "su-ki-nu". This is Japanese slang for a condom. The normal practice is the girl provides so if it is your lucky night don't be surprised if she suddenly dashes off for 15-20 minutes (condoms are hard to buy in Japan). If she says yes then you invite her back to her hotel or suggest a love hotel "ra-bu ho-te-ru". Good luck. I've had a few great encounters, including a shinkansen driver ... fuck she was cute ... and also a JR station attendant from Tokyo Station.

4. If you want to avoid all of that I suggest you check out some websites like Japan Tourist Guide (http://www.japan-tourist-guide.com/soaplands.php), which is surprisingly helpful, or Tokyo Nights (http://www.tokyonights.jp/japanese-girls/main.php) Whether you are going for a SoapLand or a Deriheru (Escort Agency) it is my strong advice that you contact several via email before leaving Sydney. Those that don't reply only service Japanese customers. The ones that do reply will give you a phone number to call when you arrive. This will be someone who can speak a little English.

5. If you are going to a SoapLand try to print out the address in Japanese and use a Taxi. I usually take a train to somewhere about 3-4 stations away and then get a taxi because these locations are freakin' impossible to find ... even if you can read Japanese. Once I've been to the soapland once I can go back to the nearest station and take a train to the hotel. After that, I can get back to the Soapie no problems. I also use Google Earth to locate the Soapies. However, Google Earth Street View does not cover every street in Japan and you may not get a view of the front of the establishment.

6. If you're going for an escort service I find the photos are usually fake. I usually end up with a C-grader and am disappointed. Also, it is normal to give your room number and surname when you are booking the escort. The agent then calls you back via hotel reception to finalise the booking. This is for the girls security. Get used to it. Don't be shy. Japanese guys are doing this all the time.

7. Paying for sex is illegal in Japan. However, paying for anal sex "a-ru-su se-ku-su" is NOT illegal. So, this is the service that you will be offered. I get a lot of anal in Japan. But, once with the girl in the room the law is often ignored and you have normal sex. Just don't ask for it with the agent, captain, or on the phone. Don't even ask the question with the girl. Just try fingering her, oral on her, and then attempt penetration. If she stops you then move to the back door.

8. Keep your breath fresh. Use deoderant and a really good aftershave like Issey Misaki or whatever it is called. When you see a hot girl on the train, get your map out and ask for directions. I even deliberately pretend I'm on the wrong train sometimes. If I'm on the Ginza line I ask for directions on the Marunouchi line. Twice a girl has broken her journey to get me back on track ... I didn't manage to pick either of them up though ... Oh, Japanese hate body odour and bad breath. Don't blow your nose in public, or talk on the phone on the train. Wear a mask if you have a cough. I use those Listerine Pockette things you can get from the supermarket.

9. Bring your own condoms just in case ... they have different sizes and I've been caught out a couple of times.

10. Places to take a girl: Coffee shop (Harbs is a great chain and girls know where they are), Hello Kitty shop, Tokyo Station has a "Character Shop" full of fluffy anime toys ... tell the girl you need one for your sister or niece or something like that ... Hiein Shrine, Tokyo Tower, Sky Tower near Asakusa, Asakusa Temple, especially in the evening for street food, places like that. Don't suggest a long day trip.

11. Don't take the girl to a Maid Cafe or to the Akihabara or Rapongi districts. She won't appreciate either.

Hope all that helps.

Finally, if you're not staying in Tokyo let me know. I'll give you some tips. If you're in Tokyo the whole time I recommend seeing the following: Ginza shopping district, Harajuku (only on a Sunday afternoon when all the cosplay girls are out in force), Hiein Shrine (might be spelled Heien), Asakusa Temple, Akihabara (especially Den Den town), try a Maid Cafe (the best ones are Cure and @Home ... Popopire has several English speaking and non-Japanese maids)
