Interesting tidbit I got into with one of the papasans the other day.
How much do you tip the girls?
I used to tip but when I became a regular of that shop and girl. I stopped tipping.
Now I used to tip about a $20 for a half hour, IF she was decent or so but when I became regular at the shop, I stopped.
Now my rationale is that I see the shop and girls quite often so the repeat business is on the cards for the birds. Basically making the return business, the proverbial tip!
So papasan got curious as well and asked one of the girls candidly what they expect. 10%. Then the whole debate started...
