By sheer accident I stumbled upon this place. Very anonymous from the street located on level 6 on 32 York.
Just a green A sign saying something about massage is placed just in front of the sliding doors leading to the elevators in the corridor.
After 5.30 the doors is locked and you have to call Mamasan and she'll come down and let you in.
The place has 3 closed cabins and is run by Thai girls. First time I came around I was just going for a massage (wasn't in the mood for anything else), but as it turns out I had a fabulous and sexy massage done by a tiny, young and sexy Thai girl.
