What has happened to the "Styles" reviews?

As of late Sunday evening (11th Nov) they are not showing up any more in the list of topics in the "sydney - after reports" nor when I search. When I search in the particular 'technician's" name nothing shows up either. For example "alysha" does not find her review, just some posts in video, shop roster and general talk

Does anyone know what has happened to them?

I have been thinking of given them a try.

I more or less agree with you.

My point would be that I wrote a review about my experience with this shop that actually took longer to write then what the session took (and yes I am a slow writer!!!). The shop has then repeatedly used the review to bring the review back up to the top of the After Report section. I don't have a problem with them doing this but surely if they are then going to organise for the reviews to be deleted they could at the same time just inform everyone. I don't even need a reason, I am cool with them not wanting reviews but that's not the way to do it.

Besides, because there has been no request to not post reviews someone could easily post another one and the problem arises again.

As it is we don't even know if Styles requested for the threads to be deleted. It maybe logical to assume that the shop requested it but we don't have the proof. Maybe the site admin & the shop has a disagreement for all we know. These are hypotheticals so best not to assume.

Regardless of the reason, all admin needs to do is to provide an info post to inform users that the Styles AR's have been deleted & whether at the request of the shop or not. If they don't disclose the reason that is ok but at least inform us so brothers who have written reports on them don't get annoyed that their contributions are wasted for no reason.

Personally I think if the shop was raided or has issues, then it would be in the interest of this forum to know so you can make an informed choice of whether to risk going to that establishment too. We wouldn't want any brothers caught up on any targeted shops but with the information, they can make the choice themselves.

They might have been moved somewhere else (there was some discussion of the being done for ML reviews last week if I correctly recall), they might have been temporarily removed from view, they might have been purged, it might be an accident that they are gone.
