Hi brothers,

When I saw lately the latest posts window have always been dominated by those postings on the video section, I was a bit curious and went across to check it out.

Wow, Wow, wow, there are so many new postings. I don't know where all these brothers cum from, but some of them only registered recently and have already posted thousands.

Here are some of them:

Just put things into perspective, the total number of posts for the adult photos and adult videos used to be very similar, as of now we have 1,073 posts in the photos forum but we have 18,843 posts !! in the video forum, in comparison, we only have 13,867 in all of Sydney After Report since day 1, I am just a little concern about these massive number of posts!!!! and all the links among them ??

I gather these are marketing posts by post robots, not actual people.

When you click the download links they usually redirect you to a file sharing website where the actual video is.

Some of these sites require registration and fee for all downloads.
Some offer a basic download (slow and limited as to how often you can download) and then they offer a premium download with faster connection and no limitations on how often you can download for a monthly or 90 day membership.

And there is your source for this spam!
It's all about money. It does not cost them anything to post and if only 5% of those who click the links get the premium account they are making enough money for the trouble (it's an automated process, so really no trouble at all).

The concern is valid... AS Video section is part of this forum. Memebrs will browse around . If this is SCAM -- and links could poit to Trojan site and damages members devise.... !!! Need seurity measuremet be defined to safe guard AUS99 forum reputation...

Well, it's easy, the Admin should know all the user names involved in posting these stuff and if they are concern enough, they can simply ban the users or delete them.

On the other hand, those post do have some values as there are lots and lots of X rated photos and stuff, and personally I don't mind browsing through them and look at the big tits, but I will never click any of those links - too dangerous, I hope no one will, but if any brother has and either have a good time watching great videos or your PC got infected with nasty trojans or spywares, please advise and warn everybody.

My concern is still on the overall security of this forum, if Admin would allow obvious spammers to flood the forum with posting like that, eventhough they seem harmless, whats stopping other more nasty spammers ??

Next thing we know, the gambling spams will be here, and then the Nigerians and so on................

I agree with the concern AHLUNGOR has about the flood of video links in the past few months. I haven't followed the links but with the ad revenue these sites make, I would be concerned about updating the forum membership rules about this sort of thing.
