Re the Use of a Template:

My opinion is that the template provides a uniform means of providing data. Obviously from the reaction of some on this board that is not everyone's opinion.

I used to find the PP template "a bit of a pain" at first but then wrote my report in a Word document according to the AUXXXreports format and then "cut and pasted" the relevant data into the required fields. I then posted the full report into the reports area. I have always a statement similar to "Posted on other sites too", as some sites feel you may have plagiarised.

I do not mention the names of the sites I post on as some sites view it as advertising a competitor site and do not like it.

I then use the Word report content to post on the other sites. This saves a lot of time and allows you to keep a full record of all the posts you have made as well as saving a lot of time if, for some reason your post does not go through for some reason.

The only problem is when you come to posting on "Sensual Downunder", it does not like some of the Word format data so need to covert it to plain text to post, otherwise you keep get error messages when you try to upload it.
