Ginza is doing great business from what I can gauge at the current price point.
Having a price differential for certain girls is Ginza's prerogative, it would be good for them to retain the current pricing or at least similar, for the rest of the girls when they finally relocate.

For example if they substantially changed their price (at present they are both $160 ph, if Ginza became consistently $200 ph that would be a substantial change), if they moved to somewhere much harder for me to get to (The Cross for example, which is an hour's round trip for me during a work day, vs 30 min round trip to SWL), if the standard of cleanliness deteriorated to what it was when I visited TC on Pitt near Town Hall.

Why do I look at SWL as part of the competition? For me it all comes down to the constancy of the experience vs the price, and with their accurate online roster, the ability to both 'meet and greet' the lineup or book if you wanted to, the consistent quality of the girls and the good price they are both in the same ballpark and thus are 'the competition' for each other.
