As I had business in the area I decided to stop by this shop which has been advertising in the Tele and other local papers varying from $100 or $110 to $120 per hour.
Amazingly there was little traffic as some people must have extended the long weekend or taken a sickie.
When I enquired by phone was told there was plenty of parking on the site but most places were already taken (by Staff??) so parked in one of the other units’ spaces which must not have been open or affected by the economic situation. There was some street parking of the opposite side of the street but do not know if this is normal.
The not unattractive youngish Mamasan was doing the cleaning and was hanging out the washed towels when I was parking so I awaited her to return before entering.
The Facility
This shop is in a light industrial area used as warehouse/office mix and appears to be newly fitted out brothel. After entering the door there are 3 or 4 small cubicles with curtains (I think this is for the girls to sit and await customers). Next to that is a waiting room with leather style strip of seating with a capacity for six to 8 and a large TV screening a porno movie. I was the only occupant but would be an issue for shy types in peak times.
There are seven bedrooms and the one I was in had a large spacious shower with armour glass screen and door and a double bed but no chair. There is a separate toilet/shower combination on the bottom floor. As there are stairs some rooms must be in the second level. I was told none of the rooms has a Spa.
The beds are queen size at least and the towels new, thick, dry and clean. The standard of cleanliness was good but unfortunately they must allow smoking as there was a smell of stale cigarettes in the waiting room. I notice cashed mats hang out to dry.
